Yet another month of problems!
I woke up at 3:30 a.m. and the first thing that came to mind was, "I wonder if got paid?" I checked my bank account and did receive a deposit; however, it was $1600 short! So again, I ready myself for the frustrating, never-ending wait at the district office to beg someone for my paycheck. I am out of the classroom yet another day to try to get my paycheck. I am now going on 3 months of no pay and serious under payment. Ludicrous. I find myself singing the chorus from Black Swan all too often these days.

I am Ralph Sanders and I commiserate with Jill Iger. My payroll problems pale next to hers, but they still impact my life.
I was overpaid about $2,000 months ago. (I can only estimate because it is virtually impossible to read the current payroll. The standard most of us use is "it looks about right". The problem I am referring to is that a new procedure was instituted for pay at the same time as the new system was introduced. It also appears that no one was even trained until after the system was introduced.) We were informed that we would receive a complete printout of pay and earnings. This was due shortly after my overpayment. Well, my printout covered 2006 only, before there were payroll problems. I still don't know where the overpayment stands and this is now 5-6 months later. This is hanging over my head and I receive no information.
Then, to add insult, I never even received a check stub for September.
Needless to say, as I look at the horror stories of pay I look at my problems as molehills and as such will wait until bigger problems have been dealt with. To anyone willing to listen, this obviously doesn't include Mr. Brewer as he has shown insensitivity from the get-go, SOLVE THE PROBLEMS NOW!!!!!!
